Joan Tremblay

Since 1995 Joan Tremblay has inspired over 1000 audiences to create better customer service, improve their attitudes, performance and develop better working relationships. She designs and customizes programs for each group.

Joan is a Master Trainer in Communication Skills, a Trainer of NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming, and a certified NLP Performance Management Coach.


Ed McLoughlin

Ed McLoughlin has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with Fortune 500 companies. He consults with management and has presented programs in Customer Service, Communication, and Leadership.

Ed has an MBA in Organizational Behavior. He is an NLP Trainer, and a Performance Management Coach. Ed is currently on the Board of ASTD.
