Coaching brings measurable performance-improvement often more quickly than other forms of development. We know that effective coaching works well in any given situation and have therefore designed and developed our coaching program in the following way:

We work alongside your managers and team leaders to help them develop the key behaviors and skills required by them to coach their teams.

Each learner on the program has to pass a rigorous accreditation process to prove that they are able to coach and develop their team. If the accreditation is passed, each learner is awarded a certificate proving their coaching competence.

Tremblay & McLoughlin will annually re-audit your coaching program to ensure that accredited coaches are meeting the agreed standard.
